How resting works in Forever, the Cozy Sleeping Bag quest chain and what each bonus is worth.

Resting in Forever

Rested experience works as in Classic: logging out in an inn or a city builds a bonus that increases experience from kills until it is used up. Forever adds more ways to rest outdoors. Blizzard has not published changed rates or caps for the base system.

Campfire / campsite

Players rest at a campsite. The one-hour buffs require sitting at the fire for a moment. Since build 70009 sitting, sitting in a chair, sleeping, lying down or kneeling all count.

Tips

When you see the 'Campfire Nearby' buff, look for a campsite and sit down there. You need no group with the builder, and since build 70009 you may buff, cast and craft while you wait for the camp buffs.
